There are various reports within Clarity that are automatically set up to pull reports without needing to add any parameters. Follow these instructions to learn how to run saved Looker Reports.

Running a Saved Look Report

Step 1: Click the Launcher pad and select Reports.

Step 2: Click the Data Analysis tab to access a list of Looks that have been made available to your agency

Step 3: Click on the category the Look you wish to access is housed in. For example, to run the Entries From Homelessness Look, first click on Project Performance Reports and the two available Looks in this category will appear.

Step 4: Click Run.

Additional Optional Step: Click on Filters to edit the reporting period filter. IMPORTANT NOTE: You must add ONE DAY to the END of the reporting period when running reports on the Data Analysis tab. For example, if your reporting period is January 1st, 2018 to December 31st, 2018, you must enter January 1st, 2018 to January 1st, 2019 on the Data Analysis tab.

Check out the recorded Looker training to learn about adding additional filters and other functionality in the Data Analysis tab.
