Introduction

There will be certain occasions in which a Service will need to be removed from a client's enrollment. Sometimes Agency Administrators are unable to delete a project enrollment because the trashcan icon next to the project name in the Programs Page is not visible. As seen below:

This video covers key components mentioned in this article:

Unlinking Services from a Project Enrollment

If this happens is because there are services provided under this enrollment. To be able to delete the project enrollment we need to unlink the services from the project first. Follow the steps below to learn how to do this:

Step 1: In the client's Programs Page, open the project enrollment that you would like to delete by clicking the Edit icon

Step 2: Go to the History Tab, and under 'Program Service History' click the Edit icon next to the service

Step 3: Once you have the service open for editing, scroll down to the Programs Section, hover over the project name, and click the trash can icon

Now, you should be able to return to the Programs Page and see the trashcan icon next to the enrollment in order to delete it as explained in the How to delete a Project Enrollment KB article.
