Background
Some users have experienced the following error when trying to upload files in HMIS. This issue is being caused by an incompatibility in the format of the PDF file you are trying to upload. In case you get this error, please change the format of the PDF by following the instructions in this article.
How to fix this error?
1) Open the PDF file you are trying to upload, then right-click and select "Print" (You can also do CRTL+ P)
2. in the Destination dropdown, select "Save as PDF", and then click "Save"
3. Save the document in the appropriate location in your computer, as usual
4. Finally. upload the file in HMIS as usual (See: Adding Documents to a Client Profile)
