Background
HelpMaster is an app developed by a consultant of 211OC to allow Clarity users to enter data into HMIS from their mobile device. The app mimics the functionality that is available in HMIS, but is a separate software from Clarity. Data is transferred between Clarity and HelpMaster at least every 15 minutes so users are able to see data in HMIS, as well as enter new data into HMIS.
HelpMaster can be accessed by any user with an active OC HMIS account, but the expected users are Street Outreach workers, or any other users that are completing HMIS data entry on their mobile device.
Access Requirements
Users must complete all trainings required for HMIS access in order to be given access to Clarity through HelpMaster. Once the user has a Clarity account, review the Getting Started with HelpMaster and Connecting Clarity to HelpMaster videos below for instructions on how to set-up a HelpMaster account.
Available Features
HelpMaster is still in the pilot phase, which means some functionality that is available in Clarity is not available in HelpMaster. The following HMIS functionality is also available in HelpMaster.

- Adding clients to the Bed Reservation and Coordinated Entry Community Queues
