Background
When completing a program exit for any of the Emergency Shelters available in the Bed Reservation System (BRS), users will find two custom questions that capture the following:
- If the client’s exit was voluntary or involuntary.
- If the client had a current behavioral contract.
- Client’s eligibility to return and how soon they can return.
Responses to the OC Bed Reservation Custom Questions may impact a client’s eligibility for future shelter placement.
Users are encouraged to review the available response explanations show below to ensure the selected responses are accurate.
