Adding a Photo to a Client's Profile

Adding a photo to a Client's profile can help agencies to identify the client in the case where there are similar account names in HMIS.

 

1. To add a photo, open up the client profile in HMIS select "Update Profile Picture" as you hover over the photo icon.

2. You can add a photo from the following options:

     a. Select "Take a Picture Instantly" or "Take a Picture After 3 Seconds" and "Save" the picture if satisfied. Otherwise, "Cancel" and repeat the process. You must have a camera connected to your computer to use this option.

     b. Upload a photo by selecting an image from your computer. Click on "Select File".

3. Select "Upload" once this has been completed to save profile picture.
