Background

There are two types of enrollments in Clarity: Individual Enrollments, and Group Enrollments. Clients who are enrolled in a project alone without any other household members are enrolled as an individual, whereas clients who are enrolled in a project with other household members are enrolled as a group. The Individual Enrollment is created in the Programs Tab of the client who is being enrolled in the project, whereas the Group Enrollment is created in in the Program Tab of any of the household members that are already enrolled in the project.

Individual Enrollment

If we want to enroll Ned Flanders into a project alone, we would go to Flanders’ Client Record, click the Programs Tab and under the Programs Available section locate the project in which we want to enroll him and click Enroll

Group Enrollment

If we want to enroll Ned Flanders into a project in which the rest of his household members are already enrolled, to begin his enrollment process, we should open the record of any of the household member. Then click the Programs tab, and under Program History, open the enrollment in which we want to enroll Flanders.

(Note: To lean more about enrolling additional household members, please review this Knowledge Base article)

If a client was enrolled in the project as an individual, but should have been enrolled as a group, the enrollments should be merged by 211OC (Review the Knowledge Base article on Merging Individual Enrollments into a Group)
